Most Growing Into Success Training clients are individuals, businesses and organizations that are already performing well, yet willing to stretch and grow to become even better.
Our typical 'Individual' clients are people who have already experienced some level of success, yet are willing to step out of their comfort zones to become all they are capable of being. They are open to learning new skills and methods for tapping into their full potential.
Our Business or Organization clients usually have excellent 'hard skills' training in place (the technical aspects, or how to do the job) but little in the way of 'soft skills' training (how to get along, communicate, set and achieve goals, develop self-responsibility and self-motivation).
They are often owners, managers and team leaders who have reached these positions of responsibility through their work ethic, attitude and previous successes.
They typically are NOT as knowledgeable or skilled however in how to train and develop their people and teams. They also, at times, may find it difficult to integrate their own professional success with personal life success.
